Naming Contest Results

Over 500 entries were received, mainly from locals. An overwhelming majority of submissions literally said… “no matter what the name is we’ll all still call it Dream Inn.” Over 70% of the submissions had the word “dream” in the hotel name.

Joie de Vivre responded to the strong local sentiment, approached the Dream Inn trademark holder and successfully negotiated an agreement allowing us to identify this one property only as the “Santa Cruz Dream Inn”.
